Hiring Committee Review

After the interview processes are over, the interviewers will submit their feedback to the hiring committee. Based on the evaluation rounds, your suitability for the role you've applied for will be discussed. An independent hiring committee, along with interviewers and recruiters, takes a collective call over your interview performance in order to maintain consistency in the hiring process that we've at Flipkart.

Offer Rollout

We won't judge your resume on the basis of the number of pages it has. After all, the more achievements and skills you have to show, the better your chances would be, right? However, we'd suggest you put information that's precise and to the point to help us understand your profile better.

The best way would be to visit our Career Website. You can search for jobs by selecting filters, such as skills and job titles. You can upload your resume and share the relevant details on our career page to create your Candidate Profile. You can use the profile to track the progress of your application. It's as easy as that!

At times, we might leave you spoilt for choices; but sadly, we can't accept more than one application from you at a time. If your profile is under consideration for a particular role, you won't be able to apply for another opening at the same time.

Great things take time, they say; but at Flipkart, we work fast. As soon as you apply for a particular role, we'll start working on your profile. A recruiter will be assigned to you who'll work in the background to process your application. You can check your Candidate Dashboard to track the status of your application. You can always reach out to the assigned recruiter in order to understand the process better.

We strongly believe in second chances, or third, or fourth... well, you get the drift, right? And this is why we don't have any restrictions on the number of times that you can apply for any position. However, we do have a cooling period of 6 months if you weren't able to clear your last interview with us. But don't lose heart; take this time to prepare yourself better.
